Our team includes Physicians, Food Scientists, Microbiologists, Registered/Licensed Dietitians (RD/LD), Health Officers, Nurses, Adult Education Professionals (MA, Med), Executive Chefs, and Food Service Professionals etc. PIFS supports many industry and government agencies, which are working to reduce the forborne illness and promoting food safety practices.
